We are so happy to have Chef Mickey and his fantastic team in the kitchen now members of our Holiday Inn/ TR’s family! Chef Mickey spent the past eight years at George’s Restaurant in Lake George, and won LakeGeorge.com ‘s “Best of” for dining each of the last three years.
The Chef and his team have created an all new menu for the restaurant that showcase why winning all those awards was no fluke. Vegan dishes like the lunch pita and Veggie Napoleon have already received rave reviews from our vegan team members, while a USDA Prime Grade steak has been the favorite of some of our more carnivorous testers. Plenty of seafood dishes are now on both the new lunch and dinner menus, including a crab cake appetizer that earns the title “Maryland Crab Cake”.
